Cooking Experience

You will explore the island’s creole cuisine through a specially designed “Cooking Tour” and learn how over the years, St. Lucian folk lore combined and blended a fascinating number of herbs, vegetables and fruits into an array of cooked foods that must be tasted to be believed.

Hike & Mud Bath Experience

Hike to Sapphire Falls to bathe beneath the cascading waterfalls and to enjoy a Mineral Mud bath.Hike along a narrow path through the abundant vegetation to Sapphire Falls to bathe beneath the beautiful dazzling cascading mineral mud bath which will leave you truly rejuvenated.  

5-Star Accommodations

Perched high on a ridge north of St Lucia’s old French capital Soufrière and south of Anse Chastanet Beach, guests enjoy panoramic views of  the Pitons Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognised for the two volcanic spires that rise majestically from the Caribbean Sea.

Enjoy a light breakfast on board a beautiful catamaran whilst you savor the pleasure of sailing St. Lucia’s pristine water, see the beautiful and scenic coastline and the many caves and inlets along the way. This will be a private sail for Sisters Traveling Solo guest only.

Destination Overview

Famed for its lush green jungle, colossal peaks and volcanic beaches, there’s a certain magic to the Caribbean island of St Lucia. 

St. Lucia: an alluring Caribbean island influenced by many diverse cultures, offering a complete blend of natural, geographical, historical, and climatic features all designed to make one’s visit to the island a fascinating experience.

The Island glistens like an emerald set between the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. It displays White Sand Beaches, Coral Reefs, Mountainous Terrain, Spectacular Scenery, Rain forest, World Heritage Majestic pitons, The Sulphur Springs and Drive in Volcano.

DAY ONE
ARRIVAL IN ST. LUCIA

Arrive in  Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) and head to the arrivals area to meet our driver, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, take time to relax and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood.

In the evening, meet your host and fellow travelers for a welcome dinner featuring authentic African dishes.
DAY TWO

HIKE & MUD BATH


Hike to Sapphire Falls to bathe beneath the cascading waterfalls and to enjoy a Mineral Mud bath. Depart by boat on St. Lucia’s pristine waters along the dramatic & scenic western coastline.

Disembark at the magical town of Soufriere to visit the Sulphur springs in the drive-in volcano & the Sapphire Falls. Hike along a narrow path through the abundant vegetation to Sapphire Falls to bathe beneath the beautiful dazzling cascading mineral mud bath which will leave you truly rejuvenated.  We then continue onwards to lunch at Dasheen Restaurant whose dishes render stylish interpretations of traditional St. Lucian dishes.

Any woman age 21+ can join our trips, regardless of whether she is traveling solo or with a friend. Most travelers come solo and meet their group on day one.

Roommate Matching?

Yes, we offer roommate matching for anyone who does not have a roommate. If you need a roommate, please choose Double Occupancy at booking. at booking.

Are Flights Included?

International flight costs are not included in our trip prices.
Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the destination.

Pre-trip Meetups?

No, we do not host pre-trip meetups or trip-specific Facebook groups.
We do offer one Zoom meetings for upcoming trip participants to ask questions and prepare for their experience.

Hotel Details?

For safety reasons, we do not share hotel details with non–trip participants. Trip participants receive hotel information 4-weeks before the trip. We use 4-star hotels, and 5-star hotels for wellness trips. for wellness trips.
