This meetup is exclusively for members of our paid membership program. To join our 2025 Costa Rica Meetup, you must be an active member on or before July 1, 2025. The details for our Costa Rica Meetup will be shared with active membership members beginning March 20, 2025. No additional details will be available before that date.

Meetups vs. Group Trips
What’s the Difference?

Our Meetups and Group Trips are designed to connect our community, but they offer different experiences. Sisters Traveling Solo does not take a profit on any meetups we host, all prices provided to participates are vendor prices.

Group Trips

Group Trips are fully curated experiences where Sisters Traveling Solo handles all bookings, activities, and logistics, ensuring a structured and seamless travel experience.

Meetups

Members are responsible for booking their own: Airport transfers, Activities (using our suggested vendors), Hotel accommodations (using our provided group booking link with our negotiated rate based on a 10-room minimum)

What We Provide.

✅ A list of recommended vendors for activities and airport transfers
✅ A hotel booking link with a negotiated group rate (based on a 10-room minimum)
✅ Access to a dedicated Meetup Facebook Group where members can coordinate with one another.

Welcome Event

All participants, including their plus one, are required to purchase a ticket for our Welcome Event. The Welcome Event is non-refundable. Once your Welcome Event booking is confirmed, you will receive access to the accommodation booking links and our recommended vendor list.
