Tour Highlights:

Machu Picchu

Journey through the Andes by train to Aguas Calientes before exploring one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Walk through the ancient ruins of the Lost City of the Incas while visiting the ceremonial center, terraces, Sacred Plaza, Main Temple, and Intihuatana stone.

Sacred Valley Experience

Explore the Sacred Valley, one of the most important regions of the former Inca Empire. Visit Pisac Archaeological Site, Pisac Market, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero while taking in breathtaking mountain scenery, local villages, and centuries of history.

Salar de Uyuni

Experience the world’s largest salt flat, known for its endless white landscape and surreal scenery. Highlights include the Train Cemetery, Colchani village, Playa Blanca Salt Hotel, Incahuasi Island, giant cacti, and panoramic views across the salt flats.

Hot Springs & Highlands Tour

Explore Bolivia’s dramatic highlands while visiting Pulacayo Village, historic locomotives, Warmi and Verde lagoons, and the colonial church of Tomave. The day also includes time to relax in natural mineral-rich hot springs surrounded by mountain scenery.

Trip Overview

This journey through Peru and Bolivia combines some of South America’s most iconic cultural and natural experiences into one trip. From the historic streets of Cusco and the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu to the breathtaking landscapes of Salar de Uyuni, this itinerary offers a balance of history, culture, archaeology, and scenery.  Travelers will experience the heart of the former Inca Empire in Peru before continuing into Bolivia to explore the high-altitude city of La Paz and the world’s largest salt flat in Uyuni. This trip is designed for those looking to experience some of the most remarkable landscapes and cultural sites in South America in one journey.

DAY ONE
ARRIVAL INTO CUSCO

Upon arrival into Cusco, you will be transported via one of our group transfer times to our hotel. Look for our driver in the arrivals hall after collecting your luggage.

After check-in, take the rest of the afternoon at leisure to unwind from the long flight, explore the area around the hotel, or enjoy your first evening in Cusco. In the evening, we will gather for a Welcome Dinner to officially begin the trip and connect as a group.

DAY TWO

CUSCO CITY TOUR


Today, after breakfast, we leave for our Cusco city tour.

We will explore the City of the Incas while walking along cobblestoned streets lined with Inca and Colonial architecture. Highlights include the Cathedral in Plaza de Armas, Qoricancha Sun Temple, San Pedro Market, and the impressive ruins of Sacsayhuamán and Qenko located above the city.

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to experience the charm of Cusco while learning more about its importance as the former capital of the Inca Empire.

Any woman age 21+ can join our trips, regardless of whether she is traveling solo or with a friend. Most travelers come solo and meet their group on day one.

Roommate Matching?

Yes, we offer roommate matching for anyone who does not have a roommate. If you need a roommate, please choose Double Occupancy at booking. at booking.

Are Flights Included?

International flight costs are not included in our trip prices.
Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the destination.

Pre-trip Meetups?

No, we do not host pre-trip meetups or trip-specific Facebook groups.
We do offer one Zoom meetings for upcoming trip participants to ask questions and prepare for their experience.

For safety reasons, we do not share hotel details with non–trip participants. Trip participants receive hotel information 4-weeks before the trip. We use 4-star hotels, and 5-star hotels for wellness trips. for wellness trips.
