Travel to the Grand Canyon in first-class comfort aboard a historic railcar designed for scenic viewing through Northern Arizona’s pine forests and high desert landscapes. Enjoy oversized reclining seats and large picture windows that make the journey part of the experience. 
Sedona Wine Tour
Discover Arizona’s emerging wine region with a guided tasting tour through the scenic Verde Valley vineyards. Travel in comfort as you visit local wineries known for their desert-grown varietals, relaxed tasting rooms, and beautiful vineyard landscapes just outside Sedona.
Route 66 Tour
Step back in time on a guided journey along legendary Route 66. Visit historic towns, classic roadside landmarks, and quirky Americana that tell the story of one of America’s most iconic highways and its lasting cultural legacy.

Williams, Arizona is where the spirit of the American Southwest meets the nostalgia of historic Route 66. Surrounded by pine forests and high desert landscapes, this charming mountain town serves as the gateway to the Grand Canyon. Known for its classic diners, vintage roadside landmarks, and small-town character, Williams offers a relaxed base for exploring one of the world’s most extraordinary natural wonders. From scenic rail journeys to breathtaking canyon views and classic Route 66 experiences, this Weekender introduces you to the landscapes and history that define Northern Arizona.

DAY ONE
ARRIVAL INTO ARIZONA

Arrive into Arizona and make your way to Williams for hotel check-in. After settling in, the remainder of the day is at leisure — perfect for exploring the town’s historic Route 66 streets, visiting local shops, or enjoying a relaxed dinner in one of the area’s classic roadside restaurants.

In the evening, we gather for a Welcome Reception to officially begin the Weekender experience and connect as a group.

DAY TWO

GRAND CANYON RAILWAY 


Today begins with a scenic journey aboard the historic Grand Canyon Railway departing from Williams. Relax in comfortable first-class seating while traveling through the pine forests and high desert landscapes of Northern Arizona on the way to one of the world’s most iconic natural wonders.

Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon, we continue with a guided motorcoach tour along the South Rim. This 2.5-hour experience takes you to several of the canyon’s most recognizable viewpoints — places that would be difficult to reach on foot during a short visit. 

A hot buffet lunch inside Grand Canyon National Park is included before returning to Williams by train later in the day.
